Steaming Hot Mocha Recipe

Coffee combines with hot chocolate for a bracing drink to be enjoyed on the coldest of mornings.

Ingredients

2 cups sugar
1 1/2 cups unsweetened cocoa
1/4 teaspoon salt
7 cups milk
7 cups strong brewed coffee
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Marshmallow crème (optional)

Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a Dutch oven. Whisk in milk and coffee until smooth. Cook mixture over medium heat, stirring often, 20 minutes or just until bubbles appear (do not boil); remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Top each serving with marshmallow crème, if desired.
