Ingredients

  • 1 pound snow peas, trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon light butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Place snow peas and water in a microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave at HIGH 3 minutes or until crisp-tender, rotating dish a half-turn after 1 1/2 minutes. Drain. Add light butter and salt; toss well.
