Steamed Broccoli

Yield 12 servings


  • 3 pounds fresh broccoli
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

How to Make It

  1. Trim off large leaves of broccoli, and remove tough ends of lower stalks. Wash broccoli thoroughly, and separate into spears. Arrange in steaming rack with stalks to center of rack. Place over boiling water; cover and steam 15 minutes.

  2. Sprinkle with lemon juice before serving.
