6 heads baby bok choy, cut in half
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon butter
Pinch of salt
Sauté bok choy in hot oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat 1 minute or until wilted. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 1 minute or until tender.
