Yield: Makes 4 wraps
- Grilled Steak Salad with Walnut Dressing
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 (9-inch) plain wraps
- 40 baby spinach leaves
- 2 ounces crumbled blue cheese
- Coarsely chop reserved onions from Grilled Steak Salad with Walnut Dressing. Stir together softened cream cheese and reserved vinaigrette until smooth. Spread on 1 side of wraps. Top each with 10 baby spinach leaves. Divide reserved steak and onions among wraps; sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese. Roll up.
