Use leftovers from Grilled Steak Salad with Walnut Dressing to make a quick-fix supper of Steak Wraps.
Makes 4 wraps
4 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 (9-inch) plain wraps
40 baby spinach leaves
2 ounces crumbled blue cheese
Coarsely chop reserved onions from Grilled Steak Salad with Walnut Dressing. Stir together softened cream cheese and reserved vinaigrette until smooth. Spread on 1 side of wraps. Top each with 10 baby spinach leaves. Divide reserved steak and onions among wraps; sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese. Roll up.
