Steak w/ Mustard Sauce
- 2 pound(s) Sirloin Steak
- 2 tablespoon(s) dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
- 1 whole(s) shallot diced
- 2 teaspoon(s) olive oil
- Mix diced shallot with dijon and red wine vinegar. Salt and Pepper the Steaks. Pan sear them in 2 tsp olive oil for 4-5 minutes a side (depending upon thickness and desired finished temperature). Let steak stand for 1-2 minutes under tightly wrapped foil. Then slice thinly. Serve with mustard sauce lightly drizzled over.
