Total time 15 mins
Yield Serves 10
We've turned grilled steak with mushrooms and onions into a bite-size party nibble. Shiitake mushrooms work here too.

  • 12 ounces New York strip steak, trimmed and cut into about 1-in. chunks
  • 12 ounces oyster mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1 large shallot, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
