  • 2 tablespoon(s) OLIVE OIL
  • 3 STEAKS
  • 1 SALT AND PEPPER
  • 1 teaspoon(s) FINELY CHOPPED GREEN ONION
  • 1/4 cup(s) WHITE WINE
  • 3/4 cup(s) WHIPPING CREAM
  • PINCH DRIED TARRAGON
  • 150 GRAMS COOKED SHRIMP
  • 100 GRAMS COOKED CRAB MEAT
  • 1 tablespoon(s) SNIPPED CHIVES
  • 3 CLOVES GARLIC

Preparation

  1. PREHEAT GRILL TO MED-HIGH. BRUSH STEAKS WITH 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL; SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER. HEAT REMAINING OIL IN A SKILLET OVER MED-HIGH HEAT. ADD GREEN ONION AND GARLIC. COOK 1-2 MINS. ADD THE WINE AND REDUCE BY HALF. ADD WHIPPING CREAM TARRAGON, SHRIMP AND CRAB MEAT, BRING TO A SIMMER AND COOK UNTIL VERY LIGHTLY THICKENED. WHILE SEAFOOD MIXTURE SIMMERS, GRILL THE STEAKS. PLACE STEAKS ON PLATE TOP WITH SEAFOOD AND SPRINKLE WITH CHIVES OR PARSLEY.
