How to Make It

PREHEAT GRILL TO MED-HIGH. BRUSH STEAKS WITH 1 TBSP OLIVE OIL; SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER. HEAT REMAINING OIL IN A SKILLET OVER MED-HIGH HEAT. ADD GREEN ONION AND GARLIC. COOK 1-2 MINS. ADD THE WINE AND REDUCE BY HALF. ADD WHIPPING CREAM TARRAGON, SHRIMP AND CRAB MEAT, BRING TO A SIMMER AND COOK UNTIL VERY LIGHTLY THICKENED. WHILE SEAFOOD MIXTURE SIMMERS, GRILL THE STEAKS. PLACE STEAKS ON PLATE TOP WITH SEAFOOD AND SPRINKLE WITH CHIVES OR PARSLEY.
