Steak Marinade

Steak Marinade

  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup(s) balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup(s) soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup(s) worchestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoon(s) molasses
  • 2 teaspoon(s) chopped garlic

Preparation

Combine all ingredients together in a blender. Pour over steaks. Marinade for 30 minutes or longer. Take steaks out of marinade. For those who do not like a lot of pepper, light sprinkle stakes with DAK's Steakhouse Seasoning. For pepepercon like steaks,completely coat with seasoning. Use left over marinade to baste steaks as cooking.
