  • 2 (1 1/2-pound) sirloin steaks, 1 inch thick
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon juice

How to Make It

  1. Place steaks on grill 5 inches from hot coals; grill 8 to 12 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer steaks to a warm serving platter, and sprinkle with lemon juice.
