My husband and I like to make different pizza. I made this one last night and he said this was probably one of the best pizzas I had ever made! The blue cheese really tied it all together. I added a little lemon juice to the arugula and used an infused balsamic vinegar (pomegranate). Other than that, followed the recipe. I would and a little s&p to the dough next time maybe.

My 8 and 10 year olds declared this better than Papa John's! This will be our new go-to for pizza and movie night!

This is super delicious and very simple to make. We used whole wheat pizza dough and made a couple substitutions - baby spinach for the arugula and deer steak for the beef. It's just two of us, and we gobbled the whole thing up in minutes, which obviously detracts from the "light" aspect of the recipe...but still, a lovely and easy-to-make treat. And at least we got lots of vitamin A!
