Ingredients
- 6 tbs Butter
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 teaspoon(s) lemon juice
- 1/2 cup(s) mushrooms
- 2 tablespoon(s) parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1 pound(s) steak
- 1 teaspoon(s) wostershire
Preparation
- Melt 4 tbs butter in lg skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, garlic, onios, lemon uice & wosceshire& Salt. Cook til mushrooms are tender. Stir in Parsley and set aside in bowl., keep warm. Melt remaining butter in skillet. Cook steak over medium-high heat. Turn once, 3-4 mins on each side. Serve w/ mushroom sauce.
