    This was so delicious and easy to make. I used ciabatta bread, but everything else was the same. Will definitely make this again!

    Whoa! Anything I make that my boyfriend wants me to make again is a keeper. The pesto mayo idea was a perfect touch. I had amazing tomatoes from my garden so I know that is always a secret to a great sammy too. Going to make for Labor Day cook out. Mmmmmm.

    I used deli-sliced roast beef to save on time. The flavor was great but next time I'm going to stick with a sliced bread vs. baguette which was kinda hard to chew. Served along side watermelon wedges. It was a filling meal.

    This was very good. I subbed roasted red pepper mayo for the pesto (too expensive) and grilled the onions.

    This was really delicious! I sub'd ground turkey breast for the steak, and I had to leave the arugula off of my sandwich (digestive issues), but hubby and I both loved it! A bit difficult to eat, but I just took it apart and had at it. :D Only 9 pts, too!

    This is delicious. I would encourage you to buy the best cut of meat you can afford and play around with different pestos. If made my own parsley or cilantro pesto and that was delicious too. Some stores have other varieties of pesto that you can choose from. Super yummy and easy to make.

    How could something so simple be so delicious? Maybe a good crusty baguette fresh from the oven, the pesto mayo, the bite of the arugula and red onion? Whatever it is, this is a real winner. I was happy with about a 3 oz. slice of baguette, but my husband happily used the rest of the 8 oz baguette I bought. We also split the cup of arugula between us. Otherwise, the proportions were just fine. Served with roasted potatoes & turnips with steamed green beans on the side.
