Okay, I know jello salad is an old-fashioned idea, but I included it on my Thanksgiving menu out of pure nostalgia, and it was a huge hit--especially with the kids! We used lemon jello as the base. The ginger ale adds a fun tanginess. My kids are already plotting different flavor/fruit combinations. Give it a try - you'll like it!
