- 2 anchovy fillets minced
- 1 tablespoon(s) Sriracha (or other chile sauce)
- 1 clove(s) garlic minced
- coarse salt
- With a fork, mash together butter, anchovies, Sriracha, garlic & 1/2 teaspoon salt. Keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
