Squash Pull-apart Dinner Rolls

    I made these rolls last year, 2007, and they were excellent. Pretty, easy, moist. We didn't eat them all at dinner but they kept well and reheated nicely.

    I have made these rolls every Thanksgiving for 4 years now. Yummy and the color is fun. They are also great for Turkey sandwiches the next day.

    These are great! The salt can be cut back a bit. The poppy seeds are pretty, but messy, so I don't use them any more. If made larger, they make great buns for pulled pork sandwiches.
