  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 2 medium-size yellow squash (about 5 inches long), cut in half lengthwise
  • 2 medium zucchini (about 5 inches long), cut in half lengthwise
  • 1 medium-size purple onion, cut into 4 slices

How to Make It
