Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 4 cup(s) Summer squash (yellow and green) Sliced
  • 1 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 1 cup(s) parmesan cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Small onion Diced

Preparation

Blanch squash and onion; mix with remaining ingredients. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and additional Parmesan cheese.

Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes
