- 1 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1 cup(s) parmesan cheese
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Small onion Diced
- Blanch squash and onion; mix with remaining ingredients. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs and additional Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 350 degrees for 30 minutes
