- 1/2 cup(s) buttermilk
- 2 teaspoon(s) sherry vinegar or red wine vinegar
- 6 cup(s) mixed spring lettuces
- 1/3 cup(s) roasted pistachios shelled
- In a food processor, process the avocado, buttermilk, vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp pepper until smooth. Drizzle the lettuces with the dressing and sprinkle with pistachios.
