Dressing (This is what really makes it so heavenly) -
1/2 cup Balsamic Vinegar,
2 Tblsp Dijon Mustard,
1 Tblsp fresh minced or pressed garlic,
1/2 tsp ground black pepper,
1/4 tsp salt,
1 1/4 cups + 2 Tblsp EVO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) --
Salad,
They use Baby Mesclun, I use Organic Baby Spring Mix,
Sliced or diced Pears,
Gorgonzola Cheese,
Candied Walnuts (Can be hard to find. I found Emerald brand "glazed walnuts" in the snack section at Safeway. They are in a green foil pouch.)
