How to Make It

Step 1

Beat first 6 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.

Step 2

Pour oil to a depth of 3 inches into a Dutch oven; heat to 375°. Drop batter by tablespoonfuls into oil, and fry, in batches, 3 minutes on each side or until golden. Drain on paper towels; serve immediately.
