Cooking spray
1 (6-ounce) package baby spinach
1/8 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds

Preparation

Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add spinach; sauté 2 minutes or until spinach wilts. Add salt. Sprinkle with almonds.
