How to Make It

Step 1

Place pine nuts in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring frequently, 3 minutes or until lightly toasted. Remove from pan, and set aside.

Step 2

Heat oil in same pan over medium-high heat. Add spinach and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, 3 to 4 minutes or just until spinach wilts. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; add pine nuts and raisins. Toss well.
