Spinach, Tomato, and Fresh Mozzarella Pasta Salad with Italian Dressing

We really enjoyed this salad. I followed the recipe as written except I used elbow macaroni and I omitted the salt in the salad dressing. I served with grilled salmon. A great summer meal. I will definitely make this salad again.

it doesn't give you the dressing recipe, which is deceiving.Nor does it give you an amount of dressing to use. But a good salad for summer - just either buy dressing or make your own!
