1 (6-ounce) package fresh baby spinach, coarsely chopped
1 (10-ounce) package angel hair coleslaw
1 large carrot, shredded (about 1 cup)
1/3 cup thinly, vertically sliced red onion (about 1/2 small)
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
1/2 cup low-fat sour cream
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper


1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients. Add to spinach mixture; toss gently to coat. Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
