Spinach Salad with Poppy Seed Dressing

Not my favorite CL poppy seed dressing. The dressing was a little heavy and the salad was overdressed.

have made this several times- wonderful!

A cut above as far as salads go. I have served this for a casual meal as well as for a fancy meal. Everyone loves it. The dressing can be made ahead of time. Chop the onions and fruit ahead, too. I chopped the apples and added a bit of lemon juice to keep them from turning brown. I'm wondering whether mixing the chopped apples with the chopped oranges would serve the same purpose as adding lemon juice??
