  • Dressing:
  • 1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
  • 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoons white vinegar
  • Salad:
  • 4 cups torn spinach
  • 2 cups cubed Granny Smith apple
  • 1 cup bite-sized pieces navel orange
  • 1/4 cup chopped red onion


  1. To prepare dressing, combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.
  2. To prepare salad, combine spinach, apple, orange, and onion in a large bowl; add dressing. Toss gently to combine.
