Ingredients

Dressing:
1/3 cup plain fat-free yogurt
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
2 teaspoons white vinegar
Salad:
4 cups torn spinach
2 cups cubed Granny Smith apple
1 cup bite-sized pieces navel orange
1/4 cup chopped red onion

Preparation

To prepare dressing, combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.

To prepare salad, combine spinach, apple, orange, and onion in a large bowl; add dressing. Toss gently to combine.
