Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups bagged baby spinach leaves
- 1 cup quartered strawberries
- 1/3 cup (1.3 ounces) crumbled feta cheese (optional)
Preparation
- 1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well with a whisk. Add spinach and strawberries; toss well. Sprinkle with feta cheese, if desired.
