Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 cups bagged baby spinach leaves
  • 1 cup quartered strawberries
  • 1/3 cup (1.3 ounces) crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Preparation

  1. 1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well with a whisk. Add spinach and strawberries; toss well. Sprinkle with feta cheese, if desired.
