Ingredients

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
3 cups bagged baby spinach leaves
1 cup quartered strawberries
1/3 cup (1.3 ounces) crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Preparation

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl, stirring well with a whisk. Add spinach and strawberries; toss well. Sprinkle with feta cheese, if desired.
