Spinach Salad with Avocado and Orange

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 4 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 cup diced peeled ripe avocado
  • 1/2 cup fresh orange segments
  • 1 (5-ounce) package baby spinach
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

How to Make It

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl, stirring with a whisk.
