Mom's Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 pound(s) fresh spinach
  • 4 slice(s) bacon diced
  • 2 teaspoon(s) brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup(s) green onions sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
  • 1 dash(es) paprika

Preparation

  1. Snip spinach coarsely. Cook diced bacon in a skillet until crisp. Add sugar, onions, salt, vinegar, mustard and paprika. Bring to a boiling point. Remove from heat. Pour hot dressing over spinach and toss lightly.
