- 1 pound(s) fresh spinach
- 4 slice(s) bacon diced
- 2 teaspoon(s) brown sugar
- 1/4 cup(s) green onions sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 1/8 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
- 1 dash(es) paprika
- Snip spinach coarsely. Cook diced bacon in a skillet until crisp. Add sugar, onions, salt, vinegar, mustard and paprika. Bring to a boiling point. Remove from heat. Pour hot dressing over spinach and toss lightly.
