This easy spinach salad tossed in homemade vinaigrette makes a impressive side dish for any meal.

How to Make It

In a large bowl, whisk together vinegar, olive oil brown sugar, lemon juice, and kosher salt. Add spinach to the bowl and toss well. Divide among 4 plates. Chop pecans and crumble goat cheese. Top each serving with some of the nuts and cheese.
