Spinach Salad

Spinach Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 package(s) Spinach
  • 2 Hard boiled Eggs Chopped
  • 6 slice(s) Bacon Crumbled
  • 1 package(s) Mushrooms Sliced
  • 1 Medium onion Chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup(s) Water
  • 1/2 cup(s) Sugar

Preparation

Wash/dry 1 package of spinach

Chop 2 hard boiled eggs

Fry/crumble 6 slices of bacon

Slice 1 package of mushrooms

Chop 1 medium onion-sautée in bacon fat

DRESSING

microwave (until sugar dissolves):

1 cup sugar

1/4 cup vinegar

1/4 cup water

Mix/whisk into 1 large cup of real mayo

Pour dressing over spinach salad
