Ingredients
- 1 package(s) Spinach
- 2 Hard boiled Eggs Chopped
- 6 slice(s) Bacon Crumbled
- 1 package(s) Mushrooms Sliced
- 1 Medium onion Chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) Vinegar
- 1/4 cup(s) Water
- 1/2 cup(s) Sugar
Preparation
- Wash/dry 1 package of spinach
- Chop 2 hard boiled eggs
- Fry/crumble 6 slices of bacon
- Slice 1 package of mushrooms
- Chop 1 medium onion-sautée in bacon fat
- DRESSING
- microwave (until sugar dissolves):
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- Mix/whisk into 1 large cup of real mayo
- Pour dressing over spinach salad
