Ingredients

  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 (1-ounce) envelope Ranch-style dressing mix
  • 1 (3-ounce) jar bacon bits
  • 9 (10-inch) flour tortillas

Preparation

  1. Stir together first 6 ingredients; spread evenly on tortillas. Roll up, jellyroll fashion, pressing edges to seal; wrap in plastic wrap. Chill 4 to 6 hours. Cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices.
