Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup fat-free sour cream
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (about 1)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained, and squeezed dry

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor; pulse until blended. Serve with baked tortilla chips, carrot sticks, or pita wedges.
