Ingredients
- 3 boxes chopped frozen spinach
- 1 8 oz package cream cheese (room temperature)
- 2 eggs separated
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 T parmesan cheese
- 1 can onioin rings
- Cool spinach. Drain and save liquid. Combine soup, cheese and egg yolk. Beat well. Heat and add spinach. Remove from heat and fold in beaten egg whites. Top with onion rings. Prepare ahead.
