Spinach balls

Spinach balls

  • Yield: 24 servings ( Serving Size: 2 )

Ingredients

  • 2 package(s) Frozen spinach chopped Cooked and drained
  • 2 cup(s) Pepperidge farm crushed stuffing Not cubes
  • 1 Large onion Minced
  • 4 Eggs Beaten
  • 1/2 cup(s) parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup(s) Butter Melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Thyme
  • 1 clove(s) Garlic Mashed
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Cook and drain spinach, mix all ingredients together well. Chill for 2 hours. Roll into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes (or longer if you like them firmer) you can freeze and reheat. Makes 4 dozen
