Spinach Artichoke Dip

Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip adapted from Paula Dean

  • Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach Chopped/ Drained
  • 2 cans whole artichoke hearts Chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 block cream cheese
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • /4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) red pepper flake
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese grated

Preparation

Pre heat oven 350

mix all ingredients except Pepper Jack cheese

prepare a caserole dish

scrape bowl into dish

cover with pepper jack cheese

Bake 30 minutes

Serve with bagel chips
