Spinach-and-Strawberry Salad

I added bacon and red onion.. fabulous!! Fast, easy and delicious.. can't beat that! We ate it this Easter and everybody liked it.

Loved this salad! I took it to Easter dinner and my family raved about it! I got many compliments. Will definitely make again! The sesame-poppyseed dressing was good, too, but made a lot. I think next time I'll just make half a recipe of the dressing. Added sugar snap peas, broccoli, bacon and red onion. I also managed to toast the sesame seeds without burning them. Was served at Easter dinner with ham, sliced potatoes, and green bean casserole.

Made this for Christmas Eve. A very nice simple salad. The dressing is great. I added chopped bacon and sliced red onion. I was also going to add some crumbled blue cheese but forgot. It would be a nice addition.

Everyone raved about this. The dressing was easy to make and absolutely delicious.

This is my favorite salad! Instead of the toppings listed I like to add avocado, feta cheese and pecans. I usually don't add dressing, but the Sesame Poppy Seed dressing works well with this combination too.

Everyone loved this for Easter, I didn't add the pea pods, but the red onion and strawberry combination with the sweet dressing was delicious. Next time I'll add more bacon for with all the many tastes it got lost in the mix.
