  • Salad
  • 1 whole(s) avocado peeled/sliced into rings
  • 1 tablespoon(s) orange juice
  • 1 pound(s) spinach torn into pieces
  • 1 pound(s) shrimp
  • 3 whole(s) oranges sectioned
  • Orange Dressing
  • 2/3 cup(s) olive oil
  • 1/3 cup(s) orange juice
  • 1-2 tablespoon(s) honey
  • 1 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) orange peel grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 cup(s) sriracha


  1. 1. To make dressing combine all ingredients, blend, and chill
  2. 2. Cook shrimp with sriracha
  3. 2. Sprinkle avocado rings with 1 tbs orange juice
  4. 3. Combine avocado, spinach, shrimp, and orange sections in a large bowl
  5. 4. Toss with chilled dressing

  6. Optional: Add seeds, mushrooms, etc
