Ingredients
- 2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
Preparation
- 1. Whisk together peanut butter, remaining, ingredients and 2 Tbsp. water until blended. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 7 days.
