Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper

Preparation

  1. 1. Whisk together peanut butter, remaining, ingredients and 2 Tbsp. water until blended. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 7 days.
