Spicy Thai Peanut Sauce

2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper


1. Whisk together peanut butter, remaining, ingredients and 2 Tbsp. water until blended. Serve immediately, or cover and chill up to 7 days.
