Spicy Thai Mayonnaise
Yield: Makes 1 1/3 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons chili-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
Preparation
- Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. Chill at least 1 hour.
