Ingredients

  • 1 cup squash seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

  1. 1. Toss squash seeds with chili powder (such as chipotle), paprika, cinnamon, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper. Spread in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350°F, tossing occasionally, until fragrant, toasted and beginning to brown, 12 to 14 minutes.
