Spicy Sriracha Bread

    Made this for Super Bowl to go with CL Slow Cooker Char Siu Pork Roast. The spicy bread was a great balance to the sweeter Chinese BBQ. Made in my bread machine and it turned out perfectly. Served along with Oriental Pasta Salad. Delicious!

    I've made this recipe many times (usually in a bread machine) and it is both unique and utterly delicious. I put some of this bread into my holiday gift baskets last year, and it was a huge hit, even among those people who claimed not to care for spicy food. It makes a mean grilled cheese sandwich, too! One of my all-time favorite recipes from Cooking Light.

    I don't care for spicy foods but was intrigued by this recipe. I had all the ingredients on hand and made it in my bread machine. It was super easy to make and filled my house with a wonderful aroma. This bread earned rave reviews from everyone who tried it; the only complaints were about how fast it disappeared!

    I put the dough into small individual loaf pans and served with Chili. Outstanding aptly describes this recipe.
